🚛 COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS (CPM PAY)
Pay & Miles
Pay: $0.75 – $0.95 CPM (SPLIT)
Weekly Miles: 5,000 – 7,000
Weekly Take-Home: $1,800 – $2,800 per driver
Consistent freight — no sitting

Pay & Earnings
GUARANTEED MINIMUM: $12,000 weekly gross
Potential Weekly Gross: Up to $18,000+
Rate Per Mile: $2.00 – $5.00 per mile (minimum rate guaranteed)
Average Take-Home: $2,200 – $4,000 per driver / week

Insurance: $450

OCC / ACC: $70
Depreciation: $0.15 / mile
