What We Pay
- $0.60 CPM OR 27% from gross
- Performance Bonus Pay Available
- Weekly Average: $1,900
- Weekly Range: $1,700 – $2,200
- Payroll Cycle: Monday – Sunday
- Payday: Thursday
- Orientation travel expenses are covered
Home Time Policy
- 2 weeks OTR = 2 days home
- 1 day home per 1 week out
Freight Operations:
- Regions of Operation: Midwest, NorthEast, South, & SouthEast
- Run OTR in all 48 States if needed
- Weekly Miles Average: 3,000
- Weekly Miles Range: 2,500 – 3,500
- Drop & Hook Loads in IA, MI, TX, SC, NY, CA
- Mix of Dedicated Freight & Live Loads, No-Touch Freight
What We Provide
- 2019–2026 Kenworth T680 & Freightliner Cascadia Trucks
- Layover, breakdown, and detention pay provided.
- All trucks equipped with: Refrigerator, Microwave, Power Inverter, & Bunk Heater (APU’s on 2025-2026)
- Governed speeds: 68 mph pedal / 70 mph cruise

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A (2+ years)
- Must operate as 1099
- Drive an average of 3,000 weekly miles
- Drive OTR in Midwest, NorthEast, South, & SouthEast Regions
- Drivers must:
- Manage time effectively for on-time pickups & deliveries
- Perform PTIs and report equipment issues promptly
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Meet all DOT requirements - No SAP Drivers
