Guarantee minimum pay:
5 days/week OTR - $1,800 (home 34hr reset)
6 days/week OTR - $2,100 (home 34hr reset)
7 days/week OTR - $2,300 (OTR 34hr reset, or doing rolling reset)

Requirement:
