Sold without warranty other than a new in the box collectible.
Box looks to be in near mint condition.
Around 2010, I got a couple sets of these to gift, kept 1 for myself.
If you are going to run these, pay attention to the warning label about running on a smooth surface. I saw one set of these broken quickly running on black top road asphalt street. These were sold on Martin Truex's website, probably others.
