Macbook pro 15 2017 - $200 (Pineville)

This macbook needs battery, and needs OS installed. I tried recovery to original OS, and tried online recovery, and tried installing ventura, and it stalled near completion. So I wiped drive and did drive tests. Drive tests good (see photos)
Bad battery, and no charger.
