Hello! I’m looking for a lease takeover for my Huntersville apartment from Feb-July. Potentially sooner if needed.
It is 2 bed/2 bath (B2 model), 1092sq ft, 3rd floor corner unit, screened in balcony with views of nothing but the trees and pool, very serene, and so nice to not have to worry about bugs in the summer! It’s resort style living that offers FREE continental breakfast daily, lots of resident events and work out classes, huge gym, and beautiful pool. Have loved living here, but am getting transferred to Denver for work. I would cover security deposit, and admin fees which is a 350 value. Move-in cost would just be $50 application fee per person. Rent is $1360. I would need to be present for lease sign over so that your security deposit is transferred. I have my personal washer/dryer in the unit that I just purchased from Lowe’s last year for $1,500. Still have the receipt and paperwork on them. I would consider leaving them in the unit for a quick lease takeover. This also saves you $60 monthly that the apartments charge to rent theirs. If you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer.
