compensation: $1,000 to $4,000 bi weekly

All while working various locations and events (including big name sports and entertainment affiliates) to generate leads and produce package sales. We believe in hiring personalities and passion instead of just resumes. Sales experience preferred but not required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Maintains a working knowledge of company programs, sales process, systems, services and resorts.

· Adheres to company approved 'script'.

· Obtaining lead generation.

· Targets demographic that result in lead and bounce back sales.

· Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.

· Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.


EXPERIENCE:

· Prior sales is preferred but, not required. All necessary training is provided.

· MUST have experience working with and relating to people.


SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.

· Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
