Inside Sales/Operations Manager (Charlotte)

compensation: Solid base salary plus commission. Commissions are paid twice monthly.

Immediate opening with the ability to start soon! The ideal candidate will be working with our lead generation/sales funnel process. You will be responsible for talking with prospective clients who have indicated a interest in our premier career coaching and resume services. Our product and service changes lives on a daily basis and is an extraordinary product to represent. There is no cold calling.


We have a major paid national marketing initiative starting within two weeks that will provide strong leads and commission making opportunity ( on top of your base pay). This will augment our current lead generation system. Commission is paid twice monthly and the position provides a base salary. You will also help to manage Operations and will be interacting with our clients and assisting with scheduling clients and management of our 5 full-time writers. This position requires working from our modern office facility in Charlotte. Hours are excellent as are the growth opportunities.



Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new customers
Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up
Pitch services and close via phone
Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Schedule clients and distribute resume work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ years' inside sales experience
Experience working with LinkedIn and a CRM
Solid office skills and attention to detail
