This role is intentionally designed as a 2-year pathway into a full Sales Representative position.
What You’ll Do
• Support surgical cases in hospitals and surgery centers
• Train surgeons, nurses, and OR staff
• Work directly with experienced sales reps
• Gain hands-on experience in laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic procedures
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
• Total compensation potential up to $90,000+
• Full benefits, 401(k) with match, all travel paid
Who This Is For
• Highly motivated individuals seeking a medical device sales career
• Strong communicators who are coachable and driven
• Willing to travel up to three weeks per month
• Sales or clinical background preferred but not required
