I am a 40-year-old male with a professional job, looking for an affordable room to rent in Gastonia or nearby.
I already have my own place in the Charlotte suburbs, where I will continue to keep most of my belongings. I am mainly looking for a simple, budget-friendly room in Gastonia to avoid daily back-and-forth travel. This would be a secondary place for me, and I would still spend most of my time at my primary place.
I would only bring a few clothes, basic personal items, and my work laptop. I am responsible, quiet, clean, and respectful. I do not do drugs, and I drink very rarely, only socially. I mostly keep to myself and would not need much space.
I am hoping to find a simple room in a reasonably safe area, with parking for 1 car and reliable internet. I am flexible on the setup and open to month-to-month or short-term options.
