Ideally looking to be close by to a ymca, 20 minutes driving or less but location past that is flexible though closer to downtown as well is plus as well
Budget is flexible but roughly 1000 and 200 for utilities but im broadly open though the University area is my preferred area.
Apartments are more preferred over houses but I'm open broadly
