Looking to rent a place, long or short term, and preferrably by the University City area though im fairly open.
I'd say my budget is broadly $1000 including utilities but i'm flexible on the cost overall, how well i get along with everyone is more important to me
I'm looking to move in Mid Feburary onward and after mid feburary, asap/begining of march is the goal
