Everything works great, new tires and rims, big newer refrigerator, AC works better then any new RV I have ever had including Lance and Airstream. Everything works great and is totally livable with plenty of room. I have been living in it the last year with no issues. I am moving out of the country soon. It is hooked up at the campground now so anyone interested can come check everything out. This was my father's and it sat for 4 years after he passed. It had some damage as shown in the pictures. Water damage in front bedroom and a water leak around one light over kitchen table. So the water damage was only in 2 places. I fixed both and caulked the roof very good. You could live in this as is for years to come. My brother threw a piece of lanolium on the roof which was not needed. There is no physical damage to roof. Clean title in hand, Thanks
