Fenced in backyard, firepit and small woods. Not a party spot. Great neighbors. No smoking inside the house. Driveway parking.

Multiple boat access areas for rivers and lakes nearby. Multiple fishing spots for all types of fishing such as river, creek, pond, shore and lake very close. White water adventures within 10 minutes.

Easy commute to Charlotte, Rock Hill or other nearby areas of interest and work.

My friend will be renting out the other bedroom shortly.

Utilities are very low - Electricity and internet, which on the average will run you $55-$85. You would need to contribute to shared house consumables and cleaning such as your dishes, dish soap, trash bags, helping taking the trash to the dump, cleaning help with shared house areas. Rental does not come with maid service. 420 friendly. Must have legal income.

No more dogs. I do have two very friendly indoor/outdoor dogs. I do not want to add any more dogs. Nor do I want pet conflict between us. So, no more dogs.
