In Lions Gate community directly off of South Tryon near Rivergate Shopping Center and about a mile from Carowinds Theme Park. It is also very close to Pineville, Fort Mill, and Ballantyne (all within a 20 min drive).

Basically, if you work anywhere in the South side of Charlotte within the bounds of I-77 and I-85, then this is the perfect location for you.

About the house:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Nice backyard patio with a screened in porch and area for grilling. I already have everything needed for the kitchen including all appliances, silverware, plates, cups, etc. You will also have access to the washer and dryer for your laundry, as well as all of the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area, patio).

What you're getting:
Private, large bedroom, walk-in closet, private master bathroom, access to the whole house, a clean and safe home, and awesome roommates. Bed and mattress available upon request. Move in date is flexible, but the room is available for immediate move-in. Rent is $850 per month plus utilities. Utilities typically average between $80 and $100 per person depending on the season. Garage parking available for an additional $50. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is also due before move-in. Must have clean background (ie. no criminal or eviction history) and verifiable employment.
