🔍 Requirements
To keep things fair and consistent for everyone:
- Provide proof verifying at least 3 months of employment
- Must pass the background check conducted by the leasing office ($25 fee)
- Proof of income required (2–3 recent paystubs)
🚫 House Rules
- No pets
- No illegal drugs or substances
- Smoking allowed only with respectful judgment (preferably only in your bedroom)
- No drama or disruptive behavior
- Must follow all community rules
- A $500 lease termination fee applies if you move out early
