Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a 2/1 or larger house or trailer to rent or rent to own. Our doctors are in Shelby so I'm looking to be within an hour from there. I have a son, a dog who is crate trained, cats, and chickens (free eggs lol). I am willing to do repair work or clean up if needed and I am willing to do yard and home upkeep, cleaning, painting, ect., in exchange for the lower rent. I'm also good with caring for all types of animals.
My income is S.S.I. so I can afford $600 to 800. monthly depending on if electric and water are included. My credit is around 533 but improving. We've been staying with family since we moved here last September but its time we get our own place. Even a piece of land we can put a mini house or trailer on would be fine.
