We are seeking a highly capable real estate operator to help manage, improve, and grow a real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on hybrid role for someone who can handle leasing, property management, maintenance/repair work, and asset optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Show and lease residential/commercial properties
- Manage tenant communications and lease enforcement
- Perform maintenance and repair work directly when practical
- Handle turnovers / make-readies
- Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized work
- Conduct inspections and identify value-add opportunities
- Scope renovations and oversee execution
- Improve operations, reduce expenses, and increase NOI
- Assist with acquisitions/dispositions and underwriting as needed
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on maintenance / repair ability
- Understanding of leasing and property management
- Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Organized, resourceful, and capable of independent execution
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
