We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to handle daily operations and support our permitting and engineering processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office tasks including scheduling, emails, and document organization
Prepare and file building permits with local municipalities
Assist with engineering documentation and filing
Maintain and update project records and databases
Communicate with clients, vendors, and local agencies
Support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications:
Previous office management or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with building permit applications preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Based on experience
