1st Choice Cabinets is a fast-growing cabinet company looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in scheduling.
Job responsibilities include:
• Schedule and confirm dates for deliveries, installs, and service appointments.
• Answer phone and emails
• Organize workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
• Manage schedule by maintaining calendars.
• Complete requests by answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all customers.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Primarily Outlook, Share Point, & Teams)
• Must be willing to report to work at office in Gastonia (Office hours are 7am – 4pm Monday through Friday.)
Must have the following:
- Good driving history
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Good communication skills with phone and email
