Patient Care Coordinator/Optometric (South Charlotte)

compensation: 16.00/hour, benefits include vision, health, 401K

We are seeking an energetic, detailed, outgoing individual with a passion for exceptional customer service. Candidate will be self motivated, quick learner, confident, multitasked, can communicate both written and oral with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Daily tasks include, but not limited to: checking in/out patients, collecting fees, scheduling appointments, answering phones, educating new/current patients about our services and perform optometric pretests.
Administration tasks include scanning, faxing, copying, typing, proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel) and keeping waiting room organized. Candidate will complete and assist with tasks to allow the facility to operate efficiently.

We are passionate about vision therapy, optometric care and customer service. We are looking for someone to go above and beyond for our patients and coworkers.

Hours of Operation: M 8a-615p, M T W 10a-7p, F 8a-1p.
