Sparks Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience supporting an IT department for a local commercial printing company. This position will support a team of 6+ people. both in the office and remote, with administrative duties, including IT inventory tracking and audit. This is a long-term, indefinite contract opportunity with a possibility to convert to permanent. Apply below to learn more!
-Manage all incoming correspondence from internal and external customers, suppliers or other team members in a timely and professional manner
-Assist with purchasing of IT hardware inventory and supplies
-Assist IT leaders with budgets and planning
-Create and maintain status reports and updates for IT leaders
-Manage calendar of events for IT leaders
-Collaborate with other administrative professionals to help coordinate travel, meetings and Presentations
-Work heavily in Excel and PowerPoint to create presentations and reports
-Help draft communication for the department
-2-3 years of experience supporting an IT department, or proven knowledge of IT hardware
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to take initiative and work with a team
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-College degree preferred
