Factory reset. Was Verizon, but unlocked. A few minor scratches on glass, but no cracks, etc. Always in a case the rest of the phone is in like new condition. No issues. It was time to break up w/ Verizon. Some people eat their feelings after breakups...I treated myself to a new phone and watch. :D
