This most beautiful E-motor is FULLY STREET LEGAL as is mentioned on it's website!
Having it's VIN number it's up to the owner if they would like to register the bike in NC. Keep in mind you can register the bike, but you don't have to! Bike comes with On-Road street Tires ready to tackle the streets. Tires and brakes have been well maintained.
I have contacted the company and notified them that this e-motor does not require a license plate here in NC. I did all the research and contacted insurance companies (long process) and the VIN number will classify this bike as a Ebike and not a motorcycle here in NC.
- Which means no taxes, registration fees, paying insurance, etc... all the hassles that come with purchasing a motorcycle.
