Ok folks, what we have here is a Wild Cherry Tree that was growing beside the road here until April 9th when the Ncdot closed off the road long enough to drop it for me and push it off the road. I couldn't do that part by myself. BUT I was able to cut 3 logs approximately 8 foot 6 inches long. 1 log was crooked as a snake but we still managed to make something out of it. So these boards are green as a gourd. All boards but 3 are 1 inch thick. 3 are 2 inches thick. Me and my 91 year old dad just cut these today April 15th on a 1890's circular mill. so they may not be perfect. I took various photos as I was loading them so you can get a idea of what they all look like. I tossed in a couple small pieces that i though you may can use for a sign or something

Here they are for YOU to store and dry to YOUR satisfaction to make any kind of project on your list.
I will meet you at the local fire department so you can load them on your truck or I might can haul them for you about 10-15 miles from here if need be for another 35 bucks or so to cover gas and time.
