CONSTRUCTION DISPUTE? (Statewide)

Do you need to get paid for construction? Are you in a construction dispute? Contemplating a mechanic’s lien? In many cases, I can resolve what seems to be an impossible situation.

Lawyers, courts, and traditional litigation usually take too long and after you’ve spent a lot you settle for much less and end up losing. Courts are unfamiliar with construction practices and codes and usually prefer a settlement out of court anyway.

Arbitration can be good in some cases, but again – it’s expensive.

I can help – even if you don’t have a mediation or arbitration agreement. I am skilled and knowledgeable in law, construction, and real estate. I hold multiple licenses, certificates, and qualifications in these areas.

Whether your matter is over $2000 or $200 million dollars, I am happy to assist you. Contractor to contractor, general contractor to subcontractor, homeowner to contractor, or any combination.

I am usually less expensive than an attorney, much less expensive than litigation and arbitration, and there are no months of waiting – either I can get it done or I cannot. 704-870-1268

$90 per hour with a $180 retainer. Most claims resolved with only two hours of involvement.
