Do you have a fascination with Disney World? Admire the customer service at Chick-fil-a? Both of these companies know how to treat customers. Come be a part of a law firm that obsesses over our clients’ satisfaction. Come be a part of the law firm revolution that provides fanatical client service.
You will be part of a team that delivers high quality legal services to injured people. Often this means our clients are having a very bad day. Some are having a bad year. You will need to do everything you can to help provide an environment that allows our clients to experience hope.
We can think of no better way to spend our time than helping people who have been injured by rule breakers. We believe that working to hold these wrongdoers responsible is a huge benefit to our community.
As a part of that team, you will provide fanatical client service in person and over the phone, use firm systems, identify and screen new cases, maintain firm databases, obtain medical records and bills, request government reports, and request and analyze insurance policy information.
We are looking for part-time help, and we are willing to work with you to determine a schedule (to be discussed during interviews).
No experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know. However, don’t apply if you are someone who needs constant supervision. Don’t send us your resume if you don’t enjoy working with people.
Do apply if you have a passion for customer service. Do apply if you have wonderful spoken and written communication skills. Do apply if you want to experience the satisfaction of making a real impact in people’s lives.
Don’t just send us a resume though. In order to be considered, you must send your resume and a writing sample.
Please send us the following for your writing sample: Go visit a local Starbucks, order something, and have a seat. Observe how the staff interacts with their customers. Then, write about what you observed. Include your observations, your impressions of those observations, and why you believe those interactions were positive or negative. Also include whether you believe the interaction between the employees and customers matters for Starbucks’ success. You will not be considered without this writing sample.
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
