Small Charlotte law firm is looking for a team player to join our staff for an office manager/legal assistant position handling family law cases and assisting in other areas of law. Legal experience is required and family law experience is preferred, but if you've never worked with family law, enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn new things will be fine. The position will also entail handling phone calls, calendaring, collections, etc, and we are looking for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, good at multi-tasking, hard-working, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized. This position requires someone who is computer proficient, and comfortable talking on the phone and interacting with clients, and wants to be an integral part of a small team.
