This is for someone who:
Shows up on time
Moves fast
Works without constant supervision
Takes initiative
Can stay busy without being babysat
Understands “do it now” mentality
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
No drugs
Physically capable of labor work
Able to follow instructions
Must be dependable and action-oriented
Experience with construction, painting, landscaping, maintenance, demo, basic repairs, tools, etc. is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more than experience.
If you are lazy, constantly on your phone, full of excuses, or unreliable, this is not the gig for you.
