We are looking to hire a company for pressure washing. You must be a worker or owner/worker for a legitimate company related to the job. You must be able to generate a proposal and invoice on letterhead or estimate/invoice paper (available walmart) with your vendor contact info and job information.

Scope: Pressure wash of building including resolving stubborn discoloration on the right side of the house, possibly due to mold/algae/fungai. Keep in mind you will either need to know or figure out what products to use on this side of the house to resolve the discoloration in the brick. This is for an HOA issue. You must be able to clear the HOA violation related to the discoloration of the brick.
