I have a rental property. Tenant is complaining the hot water is not working. We have a $100 labor budget for the diagnostic and repair of the hot water. We need an digital invoice or invoice on invoice paper (available at walmart, walgreens, or dollar tree) stating what repair was completed and the total cost ($100+part). If you are mechanically inclined this is a simple repair.
