I have 13 houses I need leased up. I'm looking for a real estate agent to lease them up for me. I can pay $300 per house for houses leased up within 3 weeks of being show ready, or $200 after that. Additionally, I am willing to an additional fee if you can lease them for a rate above market rent less $75 to well qualified applicants, and an additional rate for you to lease them to very well qualified tenants, and a additional rate if the rental results in a 2 year tenancy with tenants paying on time.
