Plans are in the picture. Home to be built on a slab. You will need to pull permits.
Plumbing:
Water to connect in front of the main house. Sewer connects to main house. Pump will be needed based on grade. Trenches will be pre dug and do not need to be quoted
Electric:
Home will have separate electric with meter. Heating and cooking is Electric. Dryer is electric. No recessed lighting only basic lighting.
You must be licensed and insured, including workers comp.
