Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in support services for account management, operations, documentation, and technical support.
  2. Review and address basic or tactical technical issues, including product conversions and new product development.
  3. Provide recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment.
  4. Serve as the initial point of contact for routine technical inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center.
  • Series 7 certification required and must be active or easily re-activated within a 2-year window.
  • Experience in brokerage operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
