Night Shift Worker Needed - Full-Time

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Position Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Worker to join our team. The role involves assisting with large debris pickup on the interstate, pothole repairs throughout the city, laying down road reflectors and other projects throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with the removal of large debris from interstate roadways.
-Perform pothole repairs and other maintenance tasks on city streets in Charlotte.
-Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
-Work as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
-Ability to work overnight hours (Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
-Must be able to commute to the home base in Statesville for truck pickup.
-A valid driver’s license is recommended but not required for this position.
-Strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical labor.
-Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions from the crew lead.
-Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required.
-Note: The job is typically canceled if there are storms or hazardous weather conditions.
