Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our team and learn hands-on skills in construction trades, lawn care, and property maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning practical skills, and growing into a skilled trades career.
You will work directly with experienced professionals and gain real-world experience in a variety of projects including basic construction, landscaping, lawn care, and general property improvements.
Responsibilities
-Assist with construction tasks such as framing, repairs, small builds, and basic carpentry
-Help with lawn care and groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup)
-Assist with landscaping and property improvement projects
-Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
-Maintain job sites and ensure a safe, clean work environment
-Follow instructions and learn proper techniques for tools and equipment
What We’re Looking For
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Reliable and punctual
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
-Basic tool knowledge is a plus but not required
-Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule
Typical hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
