Live the Van Life and haul the soccer team all in the same vehicle!

This van started its life as a regular 2006 passenger van with factory rear AC and heat. Since then, it’s been modified to convert between an 8 passenger adventure van or a 5 passenger RV. I really like this van, only selling to switch over to an AWD model.

About 169000 miles on this T1N Sprinter: The legendary 5 cylinder 500,000 mile motor with no emissions system to leave you stranded. I’ve made every effort to maintain the mechanicals. New tires recently installed. Gets 22+ MPG even with all the roof top stuff.

Clean Carfax Report

Maintenance since 2017 with 92,000 miles on it:
Oil and filter changes: Liqui Moly every 5000-7500 miles
Fuel filter with each oil change
Glow plugs and glow plug control module
Rear differential fluid change
Transmission service
Crank case vent valve and valve cover gasket
Thermostat
Front shocks: Bilstein
Rear shocks: Bilstein HD
Brakes at 152,000 miles
Engine Radiator Fan
Water pump
Front Ball joints left and right
Front hubs left and right
New Turbo Charger

House Electrical System:
Batteries: 140 amp-hour AGM run off of the motor and/or the solar system.
12 volt power runs the refrigerator, lights, stereo head unit, DVD player, and various USB and cigarette lighter style plugs.
Solar: Renogy 2x100 watt panels with 12 volt controller. This system will power the refrigerator indefinitely as long as the van is in the sun.
Refrigerator: Kohree 50 liter 12volt
Stereo: Pioneer Bluetooth head unit with Pioneer speakers. Control the stereo through your phone while running on solar power!

Kitchen:
2 burner propane stove with 10 lb propane tank, stove is stored inside the passenger side rear door
Fold down table
2 very 5ft long drivers side pull out drawers serve as a panty and storage
Hanging storage on the opposite door for cups, utensils etc.

Storage:
Two 5ft x 16" drawers with customizable compartment dividers
Long storage compartments in the back work great for fishing rods, paddles and sleeping bags.

Sleeping:
Sleeping platform accommodates 3 children or 2 adults.
Roof Top Tent: James Baroud Evasion sleeps 2 adults (this is not included but can be for an additional $2500)

Awning/Windows:
Fiamma F45Si 10'1" x 8'2"
Has exact fit bug screens for the front windows
Has exterior white full windshield and side window sun/privacy cover
Privacy covers/sheets with magnets or velcro made for all windows

Seat conversion:
Middle seat can be installed with the small cabinet/deck removed. This makes this convertible from a 5 passenger camper van to an 8 passenger van which still can sleep 4-5 people with the rooftop tent.
Passenger seat swivels to face the rear. Center space has many possibilities for a desk/workspace, toilet/shower, etc.
I have a desk top with fold down sides installed on top of a metal removable cabinet. Cabinet/desk has fold down sides and can be removed by removing two bolts to the track behind the cabinet.

Build:
Insulation: all side walls and doors fully insulated with rock wool
All fittings changed to bolts and joints insulated to dampen noise. If you’ve ridden in a TN1 they can be loud. This one is as quiet as they come.
