I am pleased to offer a postmodern torchiere floor lamp, often identified with Space Age or Memphis design styles from the 1970s and 1980s.
Lamp Features
Design: The lamp features a tall structure with multiple vertical rods, often a combination of chrome and lucite (acrylic) or brass. It is characterized by horizontal rings near the top, just below a bowl-shaped shade.
Shade: The shade is a characteristic torchiere "uplight" bowl, which in vintage models can be made of chrome, frosted glass, or enameled metal with textured patterns like "gold fleck" or pebble finishes.
Base: It typically sits on a circular, multi-layered lucite or metal base.
