We are currently looking to hire a professional - Server.
We are a group of cooks, farmers, waiters, artisans, organizers, brewers, and dishwashers who share a common philosophy about how we eat and in a larger sense, about life. Located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, Haymaker Restaurant focuses on being a community leader and bringing sustainable, ingredient-driven food and drink to the Queen City in a casual, neighborhood setting.
We are looking for applicants with 3-5 years of minimum relevant experience in the industry, as well as a fundamental understanding of restaurants and work professionalism.
Full weekend availability is necessary to be considered for hire.
Haymaker is looking to hire those with a genuinely positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, and strong work ethic.
Interviews will be arranged by appointment.
Requirements of Server position:
- Professional and positive attitude
- Outgoing and team oriented
- Knowledge of Front of House Service and Fine Dining Serving
- Knowledge of Fine Food and Wine
- Sanitation and organization a must
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers
- Professional working environment
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- Motivated candidates only need apply
- Micros experience a plus
