We are a successful and growing restaurant and bar group in the heart of the thriving, competitive, and explosive downtown Raleigh market. We are currently looking for a General Manager who is passionate about great food, beverage, and guest experience. Familiarity with Music management and/or night-life operations is very desirable as well. We brew beer, make amazing food, develop awesome cocktail programs, and throw dynamite parties. A passion for quality in these areas is a must.

Our person would work with Ownership and other managers(events/catering, marketing, brewer and chef included) to grow revenue and perfect the concepts. We are extremely passionate about developing workplace culture and aim to attract the best possible people to work with us in all positions that we hire for.

We are looking for a manager candidate that has a background in and understanding for revenue growth, day-to-day operations, employee recruiting, employee training, front-of-the-house operations, back-of-the-house operations, emerging food trends, craft cocktail program training/development, craft beer program training/development, music, atmosphere, and all aspects of running a successful operation.

Simply put... we are looking for someone with strong past experience that can work with our team and wants to grow with us. We are looking for someone who can make an impact and thrives in a team environment. We are in a solid ground level/start up realm and plan to grow in a robust yet sustainable way.
