We run our kitchen with the precision and standards of a fine dining establishment. We are immediately hiring dedicated and experienced individuals for two critical Back-of-House roles.
### **I. Experienced Line Cook (Full-Time)**
We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional ready to take ownership of a station and consistently execute a high-end menu under pressure.
* Minimum **2 years of continuous experience** as a Line Cook in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining environment.
* Proven proficiency in multiple cooking techniques and professional knife skills.
* Impeccable reliability and comfort working evening and **overnight shifts**.
* Ability to stand and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment for up to 8-10 hours.
#### **Required Qualifications**
* Experience in a commercial kitchen setting is highly preferred, but we will train highly motivated individuals.
* Understanding of basic food safety and chemical handling protocols.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle continuous, physical tasks.
* **Mandatory availability for late-night and overnight shifts.
