Mountaintop Golf & Lake Club is looking for a year-round Sous Chef with a diverse professional skill set, focusing on effective communication, organization of a multi-faceted operation, and practical knowledge of culinary operations.
This position requires strong intrapersonal relationship skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. The ability to provide service at a high level is extremely important to the departmental performance and to ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times. This is one of four Sous Chefs that report to the Executive Chef. This position will oversee all Banquet events. To include all Member events, approximately 6 per year, all sponsored events, to include weddings, approximately 4 per year.
