The car is located in Morgantown, WV.

I am, however, listing it in NC (and other local areas) as well, as this car has spent much time in Raleigh and Charlotte

Open up Google in your browser and type in "e36 M3 sedan" This is the 1st "image" you will find, it will be in the top left corner.

Go to YouTube and type in "e36 M3 sedan review". And this will be the 1st video that appears. THIS EXACT CAR ! It was previously owned by the Joe of the YouTube channel FlyingLap. He is also a Bring a Trailer* writer. And you will see him and his recent e36 M3 sedan purchase here in the pictures. 2 years after selling this car, he came back to the e36 M3. Who knows, maybe i will be back as well. We met up at the Bring a Trailer section of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix July 2018

* you may be asking. "Why don't you just sell it on Bring a Trailer?" Great site, I have sold a car on that site. However, this is a higher mileage example than what is currently being listed on BaT. And those examples are selling for Much higher than my asking price.

Accident Free, Carfax Clean of course

This 1998 BMW M3 sedan is finished in Titanium Silver over dove grey leather - a VERY Rare Montana leather, most were equipped with Nappa leather

Power comes from a 3.2-liter inline-six, originally rated at 240 horsepower for the US market and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and extensive maintenance is detailed below

The all-grey interior features heated leather front seats and newer M3 floor mats (older set included, newer ones recently installed).

This E36 M3/4/5 shows just over 180k miles and i will continue to use the car in my rotation (driven 2 days this week and I commute 80+ miles a day). If you have owned a BMW, you know these well maintained (see extensive list below and compression test confirms that) S52 engines can go well beyond 200K and approaching 300k miles. If a low mileage example is what you're looking for, by all means, check out Enthusiast Auto Group in Cincinnati and spend $30k plus on one.

my Car enthusiast ADHD tells me it's time to move on to my next car. To purchase this M3, I made space by selling (Spring 2018) the Porsche 944 Turbo I bought Sept 2017. Prior to that I sold my Acura NSX (August 2017 on Bring a Trailer). Notice a pattern here?

Interesting trades (trade up or down) considered, looking for Well Maintained, non-project cars, with Manual transmissions

specifically - early 1970s sports / muscle cars (birth year / era), Datsun S30 (240Z, 260Z, 280Z), e46 BMW ZHP, Subaru Spec B, Acura NSX, Porsche Cayenne (manual ONLY)

The one automatic I would be interested in

Porsche Panamera 4

I purchased this car from a BMW enthusiast in Charlotte NC March of this year. He only sold this because he found an e46 M3 he was ready to experience. More car enthusiast ADHD I think.

If you are serious about owning a well maintained e36 BMW M3 sedan, please take 9 minutes and watch the video review on YouTube. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headaches, buy a $10k example of an e36 M3, Not a $5k example. You could buy a $5k e36 M3 (likely a coupe and not a sedan), spend $5k trying to get it "right" and Still not have an M3 in the condition this one is in.
