Job Description:
Local security systems company is looking for an individual who is a fast learner with a great personality and leadership qualities to work in a fast-paced, demanding, environment. We want someone who is ambitious and looking to grow with the company. You must be detail-oriented, work well with pressure and have the drive to close sales.

Brief Overview of Duties:
- Answer any incoming phone calls for New Customers
- Manage the sales staff calendar and appointments
- Create and manage sales quotes
- Sales follow-ups with potential Customers
- Excellent phone presence
- Acts as liaison between customer and company
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service
- Update the company database by inputting information from each call

- High school diploma required
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
- Proficiency with MS Office
- 1-year minimum clerical/office experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Great phone etiquette
- Must possess strong written and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and teachable
- Great customer service skills
- Critical thinker/Troubleshooter
- Able to multitask
