Justtight is providing a 360-degree approach to fitness. We deal with fitness from the physical, emotional, psychological, and nutritional aspects of fitness. We train and have trained competitive body builders both male and female, athletes, Brides, people with chronic illness, but most of our clients are everyday people that wants to be healthier.

Free consultation, & Free evaluation, the only thing you have to lose is weight. Do not wait I only have a few slots open. Who? I am Justice your Personal Trainer, What? This is Personal Training for everyday people up to seasoned athlete. Where? I've converted my garage into a full studio.(The one in the pictures and videos) Why? To provide health and fitness services to people that is value driven.

You don't have to be rich to get fit. Consultations are completely free, and now evaluations are free as well. There are no mark ups or hidden cost. Sessions are roughly 1 hour long and are $25 flat. I have everything you need to reach your goals. The Studio is outfitted with Step mill, Adaptive motive trainer, T bar row machine, Leg press, Squat Rack, Rack system, Double cable pulley system, more than 3000lbs of free weights, just to name a few of the things that are available.

I focus on Cardiovascular endurance, Muscle strength, Muscle endurance, Flexibility, and Body composition. After you complete a fitness assessment a program is created for you with your goal in mind. Every 4 to 6 weeks you will be reassessed, and you plan will be adjusted.
