I know, because I used one like this MANY times as a youth.
This is a Keen Kutter 40 in excellent working condition.
It cuts just great but it is hard for me to push it very far.
There is a height adjustment for cutting the grass a bit higher.
Lots of grease protecting the yellow metal frame.
Someone spilled white paint on a wheel.
I do not have the time to refinish (or even clean) this mower.
If I do any work on ti, the price will have to go up.
