I acquired this safe from John H. Hasty(12/4/1935 to 11/15/2024). It was his grandfather‘s safe that was used in John Thomas Hasty store J.T.Hasty Groceries. Located at North Davison and 12th St. from 1901 -1940, Charlotte, North Carolina. This is now the site of the administrative officers of the Charlotte transit system - a true piece of history.
It is all original and not refurbished..outside dimensions 18x18x 30tall
Inside is 12x aprox 16, with all the original shelves and drawers.. I have seen these on Ebay from $700.00 to About $3000.00. I don’t think this is the higher end model.. I have the combination.. and it works..this is extremely heavy. I can’t help load ., it needs at least two people to load. Cash only, pickup only. Please see my other items.
