GPS CAN GET YOU LOST. The design plan was to have an enviornment with privacy... (like an island NOT an island) but it does have one neigboring home. Can not be seen from street so drive to left of 6778 NC 150 arrive... then straight to the trees. Pictures tell the story. ENTER into GPS 6778 NC 150 and if you drive to the left of that address and straight you arrive at 6860 Shade Tree. looking at trees!

DRIVE BY AND YOU MISS THE BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR and see only the the RUSTIC 1991 wood exterior..... The exterior gives it a cabin in the woods look... Many people love it and one person said (with a drive by) "its an old run down worn out home". Interesting but far from true. The rough cut natural wood siding fools most people.
Once inside everyone is amazed. Central Air and heat, new hardwood, tile, carpet, lighting newer appliances, lottsa ceiling fans, and, of course... CUSTOM designed floor to ceiling energy efficient double pane (glass) wood windows.
Quite large 3 official bedrooms. Possibly 4th with seperate entrance.. small morning coffee deck to watch the turtle races. If you want a community enviornment with lottsa neighbors this is not the place for you!
30 minutes from Hickory, Statesville... 10 miles from Mooresville . Essentially 20-30-45 minutes from of Charlotte.
To further help you know where this lake front is the local nearby communities Lake Front with water in the backyard and some not Lakefront around Lake Norman are Troutman Davidson Huntersville Denver. This is a large lower unit of two homes with private seperate entrance.
We personally verify everything on application and require official identification.
