Payroll and Accounting Assistant
Vibrant, growing, mid-sized distributor is seeking a Payroll Processor and Accounting Operations assistant.
• Payroll processing and assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• On-boarding communication and paperwork for new employees and worker’s compensation.
• Other duties as assigned
• 2+ years relevant work experience, with familiarity of Human Resource and Payroll practices
• Microsoft Office knowledge of Outlook to manage incoming and outgoing email. Writing skills to compose emails and/or letters.
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge at a level to be able to create documents from verbal or written instructions
