•Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
•Understanding of social media and its role in marketing and audience development
•Ability to develop and implement custom content strategies for a diverse range of clients and for multiple media platforms
•Familiarity with web-based communication tools
•Ability to problem solve and communicate those solutions clearly
•Understanding of print and digital media trends
•Ability to keep track of the smallest details while multitasking
•Ability to manage multiple project budgets
Responsibilities include:
•Develop content calendars and strategies for print and online distribution to meet the marketing objectives of clients and advertisers
•Develop and implement audience development strategies for product group
•Use analytics to determine effectiveness of content campaigns and alter strategies as necessary
•Engage readers through social media, user generated content and other channels
•Manage multiple client relationships and communicate client marketing objectives to internal team members
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or public relations
•5 years related work experience
•Proficiency in use of social media platforms
•Web savvy
•Proficiency in Miscrosoft Excel or other database software
•Experience managing client-driven projects
